Kenneth Stewart

In 1960 I was born to Joe and Thelma Stewart in Ponca City. After High School in Ponca City I went to Guymon, Oklahoma to help my sister and brother-in-law with their Auction. There was a large demand for used appliances at that time and they encouraged me to go to Vo-Tech in nearby Liberal, Kansas to learn to repair appliances. Completing night school, my instructor encouraged me to continue my education and attend his all day adult course in Refrigeration, Heating and Air Conditioning. After completing the adult course I worked for three different companies in Liberal, Ponca City and Blackwell, Oklahoma. In 1981 I married Marsha Mayer of Blackwell. We started our own business, A-1 Heating and Air, in 1984. We continually attend training classes to keep us abreast of the new and improved products that are out there and attend repair and installation classes. We install only the best products available including Good old fashion metal insulated duct work, Aprilaire humidifiers,and Lennox Heating and Cooling products.
