Jr. and Robin, Had to drop a note with some comments on an experience I had with a employee of yours. Gayle and I discovered our AC wasn't working early Tuesday night and called your shop first thing Wednesday morning. The lady that I talked too was very nice and said they would page me when the tech was ready to go to the house. She paged me about 9:45. When I got home he was already there. He checked the unit and determined that the compressor was bad. He made several calls checking to see if the compressor had any warranty on it but of course it was out by a couple of years. We decided to replace the unit and I went back to work. His name was Ted and from the time he got out of the service truck until he completed the job he was very professional, polite and seemed very knowledgeable of his craft. When I got home and looked and the job, it was a very good looking and neat installation. Nothing was damaged, no trash left on the job, you couldn't tell he had be there unless you looked at the new unit. We have found him to be such a gentleman and dedicated worker when he has come to our house to inspect our units and to repair any problems. Dear Robin Forrest I just wanted to send you a note pertaining to the recent installation of my new Lennox Air Condition and Heating system. I must say that I greatly appreciate the way in which the entire process took place. It was apparent that you were very familiar with the product and the manner in which the installation and maintenance would take place. Just as you said, the technicians came to the home and explained how they would be making some adjustment to create more air flow to areas that were lacking with the previous equipment. The installation was scheduled and your technicians were on time. They took time to cover the floors and worked the entire day. When they had finished they cleaned up making sure everything was back in its place, and even vacuumed where needed. I was extremely impressed. They checked their work each one checking the other. We are extremely pleased with the results we are getting from the equipment you installed and the method by which in was handled. I would strongly recommend anyone considering replacing their heater or air conditioner to call and let you provide them with the same service that we received. We have a maintenance agreement with Ainsworth and every spring in March or April and every fall in October or November we have them come to inspect the system and do whatever maintenance needs to be done. We always ask for Danny Daley to do the work because we like the job he does.
Ourhouse was built in 1975 and we purchased it in 2001. In November 2006 we needed to replace the heating system in our house due to a cracked heat exchanger. The heating/AC system had been altered a number of times over the years and the alterations had not been performed by professionals to say the least. Instead of having just the heat exchanger replaced, we opted to replace the whole heat/AC system complete with new ductwork.
We contacted 4 companies for bids and two were lower than Ainsworth and one was higher. We chose to use Ainsworth because their people were very professional, the price was reasonable and they didn't try to sell us something we didn't need or want. They showed up when they were supposed to show up, they cleaned up their mess and treated our house with respect. Our system is a Lennox system with a whole house filtration system.
If you need a heating/AC company that is professional, courteous and does a good job, call Ainsworth.
