Danco & Country Fireplace
After vacationing in the area from 1946, the beginnings of Danco started in April of 1961 when Dan Galbrecht and his family moved to the North Lakeland area after buying a resort on Presque Isle Lake. Operating a plumbing & heating company, Dan's business expanded and in 1977, he was joined full time by his son Dan. Incorporating in 1979 as Dan's Inc., the business became an independent Lennox dealer in 1983. Expanding into the fireplace business as Country Fireplace in 1998, Dan's Inc. now does business as Danco Heating & Cooling and Country Fireplace in Arbor Vitae Wisconsin.
