"Just a note to let you know how pleased Kim and I are with the zoned central heat and air system. Before the system was installed in June 2000, we couldn’t even sleep upstairs in the summer months. With the old system the KGE bills would run $250 and up in the summer and it would still be very warm upstairs. Our highest bill was $191. The nice thing was we didn’t spend one night in the basement, and were very comfortable upstairs. Those numbers may seem high after the new system was put in, but as you know, the house was built in 1927 with 60+ windows in it.
Not to go unmentioned are the people who were here and did the work. They were very conscience in keeping everything clean and not getting carpets dirty. They were courteous and took the time to visit when I had a question. The job at hand was not an easy one, but they did it in a professional and expedient manner.
Whether someone is putting in a system similar or not, I would highly recommend Waldorf- Riley to do the work."
